All prices in GBP. Standard and Pro are both month-to-month. The bespoke build is optional and additive — you cannot buy it without the platform, because the blueprint produced by the platform is what tells us what to build. Full commercial-boundary doc available on request.
FAQ
Are you a single team running a single core process (3–10 users, one operational pain)? Standard at £1,500/mo. Are you multi-department, or do you want the AI virtual team in your board meetings? Pro at £2,500/mo. You can start on Standard and upgrade to Pro at any month boundary — the platform underneath is the same tenant either way; Pro simply switches on the virtual team.
Both tiers run on the same platform and the same discovery rigour — we are not rebuilding anything per customer. The only line that moves between Standard and Pro is the virtual team. Single-process teams who do not need the personas should not pay for them, so Standard exists; everyone else takes Pro. No per-seat pricing, no feature-gate maze.
No. The bespoke build is Phase 2 and optional. Many customers find the platform alone solves enough that the bespoke build comes later — or never. The blueprint will tell us together.
No. The blueprint produced by the platform is what tells us what the bespoke build should be. Without that, we are guessing — and we will not quote against a guess.
You can pause or cancel with notice. Your tenant goes into a read-only state where you can still access your blueprint and data exports for 90 days. No exit fee.
You do. Your repository, your commits, your hosting account. We build it; you own it. If you want to fork it, hire in-house, or take it to another developer, you can — the platform retainer keeps running independently.
Tenant isolation at the database level (SQLAlchemy auto-scoping), CSRF on all forms, magic-link single-use tokens, Sentry monitoring, and a cross-tenant leak harness in the test suite. The bespoke build's data lives in your own database — we hold a read-only ingestion key, nothing more.
No. The virtual team holds your blueprint and reports to YOU in board meetings. They never contact your customers or employees directly. Any outreach goes through DataFlow's drafts inbox for human review before send.
