3. Pilot
We pick one piece of the blueprint and ship it — a CRM rewire, a compliance workflow, a bespoke ops app. You own the code. Phase 2 typically £30k – £60k, scoped against the blueprint.
4. Scale
Your virtual team keeps the blueprint current. Every feature we ship to the platform is included in the retainer. You can extend the bespoke build, fork it, or stay on the platform alone — no lock-in.
